SPA Best Practice

To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all guests, please follow these spa etiquette guidelines:

1. Upon arrival, please go to the hotel reception first
2. Arrive on time, 10 minutes early is enough to avoid any rush. If you are late, the treatment will last for less time than provided
3. Choose swimwear and clean flip flops suitable for the spa or sauna
4. Use a shower before treatment
5. Avoid coming to the treatment or sauna after a heavy meal or in an intoxicated state
6. Mute the phone and leave other electronic devices at home if possible
7. Inform the therapist about your special needs or if you are cold/hot or uncomfortable
8. Please keep the spa clean; the safety of our guests is of the utmost importance to us
9. Please note that the spa is quiet; we value the peace and privacy of our guests
10. Please leave valuables and jewelry at home or in a locker
11. No smoking in the spa area.

Please respect any posted signs or rules related to the use of facilities or equipment. These rules are in place for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. By following these spa best practices, you’ll help maintain a serene and enjoyable environment for yourself and other guests.

The Zen SPA concept combines ancient Asian ZEN philosophy about harmony and serenity with contemporary comfort and modern technologies. We use Sothys products, a legendary name that represents excellence and prestige in beauty institutes and spas all over the world. We use exclusively the Fleur`s up-market product line, an unique floral brand paying tribute to nature’s treasures.

The sauna culture has been honored in Estonia. As the main benefit, it relieves stress and helps strengthen the immune system while leaving the body and mind into total relaxation. It could be enjoyed alone or with a group of friends. Sauna is not just a place to wash your body, it is also a place for cleansing the soul. Japanese style Jacuzzi is a true relaxation in our cold climate. A comfortable heat that remains in the body after coming out of the bath, leaves you with a pleasant enervation.

Massages

Classical Massage 60 min €65 / 90 min €89
Dual Classic Massage 60 min €130
Its effect on the skin, the tissues under the skin and the muscles are, depending on techniques used, either relaxing or tonus-enhancing. It improves blood circulation in the tissues and facilitates the metabolism. It is used in cases of muscle strain, sleep disorders, and also to relieve stress. Classical massage results in feelings of relaxation and well-being. It is not allowed to conduct a massage when blood pressure is substantially above the norm when there are varicose veins, different skin diseases or fever. NB! We do not recommend more than 40-minutes massage during pregnancy.

Hot Stone Massage 60 min €79
Aroma mineral Native American relaxing massage treatment with hot rocks therapy originates from Native Americans’ ancient rites. Native Americans used cold or hot rocks to release body tension. In this massage ritual, smooth volcanic rocks in varying temperatures are used as well as manual massage. NB! Treatment is not recommended during pregnancy.

Classical Aroma Massage 60 min €69

Your therapist utilizes highly concentrated essential plant oils for this style of classical massage. Meaning that when receiving a massage, the major emphasis will be on relaxation of the body and mind, and you will both inhale and absorb the molecules of the essential oils through your skin.

Classical Silk & Shiny Body Massage 60 min €75

Your therapist utilizes highly concentrated essential plant oils for this style of classical massage. Meaning that when receiving a massage, the major emphasis will be on relaxation of the body and mind, and you will both inhale and absorb the molecules of the essential oils through your skin.

Classical Chocolate Massage 60 min €75

Your therapist utilizes a high quality chocolate massage lotion for this style of classical massage. The rich scent and the smooth feel create a relaxing atmosphere during the massage, having a calming effect. It helps to burn fat, and besides, it nourishes, firms, hydrates, and moisturizes the skin.

Back & Shoulder Massage 30 min €49

Delight your senses with this gentle aromatic massage! Restores wellness, helps to improve the mood and get your skin toned and smooth! Ingredients: geranium, ginger, rosewood.

Sports Massage 60 min €79

Over your complete body, various stretching, firm pressure, rhythmic massage, and rolling methods will be used. This massage is perfect for anyone who is stressed, needs to feel refreshed and balanced, or just prefers a session with harder pressure.

The mini-facial provides a practical alternative for working people or stay-at-home moms with a busy schedule and little free time. A power cleanse plus scrub, and a pressure point massage are included in this session. By using home-care products, you may keep taking care of your skin further.

Intensive rejuvenating βP3 Tri Complex™ facial 75 min €120

The complex of the saffron crocus, sophora, and peptides used in this procedure will meet the expectations of even the most demanding clients. This targeted treatment fights against wrinkles, saggy skin, and other signs of aging. Through five steps, and no fewer than eight specific formulas, experience Sothys youth effectiveness, as well as 1 hour 15 minutes of relaxation and expert treatment, for visibly younger skin. Outstanding results can be seen after just one treatment. This treatment is suitable for all skin types and both women and men.

“Juicy tenderness” Moisturizing facial treatment  60 min €69
Unisex soothing facial treatment for dry skin. The treatment begins with cleansing the skin, followed by gentle peeling using Shea oil and rice powder face scrub. Face, neck, and cleavage will be massaged using crystalline modeling cream. The creamy hydra-smoothing mask is applied. The treatment is completed with a suitable day cream. As a result, once dry skin is deeply moisturized. 30min facial treatment does not include massage.

“Caress of cleanliness” mattifying facial treatment 60 min €69
Deep cleansing and mattifying facial treatment for oily skin. The treatment begins with cleansing and exfoliation of the skin. The face, neck and décolletage are then massaged with a suitable cream. A mask that corrects sebum secretion and narrows pores is applied to the face. A head or hand massage is performed during the mask. The treatment ends with a day cream that regulates sebum secretion and a suitable eye cream. As a result of the treatment, the facial skin is clear, radiant and the secretion of oil is balanced.

“Clarte & Confort” Calming facial treatment for sensitive skin 60 min €69
Calming, desensitizing, and soothing treatment for sensitive and reactive skins. Treatment begins with cleansing the skin using hypoallergenic and balancing lotion with Spa Thermal Water. After a gentle exfoliation, a concentrated serum to improve the quality of capillaries is applied. Massage for face, neck, and cleavage using a crystalline modeling balm is performed. To balance the skin a nutrient-soothing mask for immediate softening is applied. Treatment is finished with the suitable day cream and as a result, the redness is gone, the skin is balanced and calm.

Brightening Vitamin C facial treatment 70 min €79
Special care for mature skin. Effectively soothes wrinkles and fine lines and trims sagging skin. After the treatment, the skin tone improves and wrinkles are less noticeable. Contains: facial skin analysis, cleansing and exfoliation, skin firming serum, the effect of which is enhanced by an intensive massage of the face, neck and décolleté with a rich massage balm. A smoothing and firming mask is then applied to the skin. The treatment ends with a trimming eye and day cream.

Facial treatment for men 60 min €69
Rejuvenating facial treatment helps to get rid of tension and stress, corrects wrinkles and at the same time offers exceptional relaxation. Deep cleansing and intensive massage revitalize and renew the skin’s natural rejuvenating powers. Firming serum and mask help smooth out wrinkles and increase skin tone. Organic Body Treatments

“Hanakasumi” Mind and body escape to a relaxing retreat 70 min €89

Awaken all 5 senses with the Japanese inspired Hanakasumi nourishing and relaxing body ritual. According to Japanese traditions, one must take care of their body to be in unity with the environment. The Hanakasumi ritual is about balancing the mind and body. The treatment begins with a whole-body exfoliation using cherry blossom-rice scrub that will be removed with warm towels. This is followed by special feet massage and full body massage using Asian style Shea butter.

Wellness Body Relaxation 75 min €99
Body relaxation treatment will begin with a full-body scrub after which you will wash off the scrub under the shower. Once you are dried up, our therapist will apply a body mask to your entire body and while waiting for the mask to penetrate you will receive a relaxing head massage. Each session is completed with a Classical Aroma Massage during which our therapist will help you practice deep breathing to deepen the relaxing experience for your body. (Body scrub+ Mask takes 45 min plus the Aroma massage 30 min)

Body & Mind Detoxification 75 min €99
Body detoxification treatment will begin with a full-body scrub after which you will wash off the scrub under the shower. Once you are dried up, our therapist will apply a body mask for detoxifying to your entire body and while waiting for the mask to penetrate you will receive a relaxing head massage. A mini-facial is performed by the therapist to end the session. During this treatment, your entire body will be treated with care and attention as well as your face will be thoroughly cleansed. (Body scrub+ Mask takes 45 min plus a mini-facial 30 min)

“Aromavedic” Holistic treatment for body and face 90 min €89
A personalized sensory journey for completely letting go. In a cloud of personalized essences, expert hands stimulate the energy centers to relieve the tension. This is a true passport to well-being and its Ayurveda-inspired massage recharges the body with energy. This treatment combines holistic full body massage with a suitable facial treatment. The face will be cleansed, exfoliated and massaged using a rich Thousand Flowers Monoi cream. Toning detoxifying rubber mask is applied and treatment is finished with a suitable day cream. You can choose purifying, soothing or soothing facial treatment.

Natural extracts and sea salt treatment 60 min €79
A skin cleansing, skin circulatory stimulating and moisturizing treatment. Contains aromatic peeling and cleansing of the whole body with natural extracts and sea salt. A moisturizing and nourishing mask is then applied all over the skin. The massage with natural oil moisturizes and warms the skin, allowing the scents to stimulate your senses. Weight loss promoting and cellulite reducing treatment 90 min €99
This is a wellness treatment that stimulates the skin’s metabolism, which provides an immediate smoothing and lifting effect and improves the skin’s complexion and texture. The treatment also helps to remove excess waste from the body. The treatment begins with cleansing the skin with a creamy exfoliator, which is removed with soft gloves. The treatment has a relaxing and soothing effect.

Full Body Waxing 90 min €99
For delicate skin, waxing may be preferable. Shaving can dry out your skin, resulting in ingrown hairs, and cause an allergic response to the razor’s metal. Exfoliation is similar to how waxing works. As the dead skin cells are eliminated, skin can feel and appear much smoother. NB! the treatment is for whole hands and feet only.

Hands and Feet Treatments

Luxury Manicure 60-90 min €69
The ORLY Luxurious Spa Manicure is a technique that involves shaping, polishing, cuticle cleaning, application of a light hand massage, base coat, varnish of the desired color, and top coat. Cuticle oil is then added for hydrating. * Please note that a regular polish takes 60-70 minutes, but with gel polish 80-90 minutes.

Wellness Hand Treatment 30 min €49
This is a nourishing and moisturizing wellness treatment. The hands are peeled with an exfoliator enriched with ORLY mandarin, cane crystals and kukui seed oils. A moisturizing white clay mask with Italian mandarin and minerals is then applied to the hands. The treatment ends with a hand massage up to the elbow. This treatment does not include nail trimming, cuticle trimming or nail varnishing. As a result of the treatment, the hands are smooth and soft and moisturized.

Luxury Pedicure 90-120 min €69
The ORLY Luxurious Spa foot treatment begins with nail trimming, cuticle care, and shape. After treating the heels with a callus softener and beginning to use a pedicure file, the therapist will steam the legs in warm water for 10 minutes. * Please note that a regular polish takes 60-70 minutes, but with gel polish 80-90 minutes.

Wellness Feet Treatment 30 min €49
This is a nourishing and moisturizing wellness treatment. The legs are peeled with an peeler enriched with ORLY mandarin, sugar cane crystals and kukui seed oils. A moisturizing white clay mask with Italian mandarin and minerals is then applied to the feet. The treatment ends with a foot massage up to the knees. This treatment does not include nail trimming, thickening or nail polishing. The exfoliator removes dead skin cells, leaving the feet smooth and soft and moisturized.

Foot or Hand Paraffin Therapy 30 min €39 / 29€
Paraffin traps moisture in the skin which soothes rough hands and nails. And of course, your feet are a part of the body which requires extra attention and care due to lots of stress put on them every day.
